I also understand my history, if any, of previous credentialing in the Church of the Nazarene will be reviewed upon my submission of this application. Pending issuance of a Local Minister’s License, I further agree to provide information deemed relevant by the local church board, district superintendent or district boards with respect to my progress in and completion of the Course of Study requirements.
